Kimmylea, I truly don't even know where to begin because there aren't enough words to describe how thankful we are for everything you did for us. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding planning process. She took so much stress off our shoulders and made planning our wedding something we actually got to enjoy instead of feeling overwhelmed. Anytime we asked if something could be done or had a new idea, she was already on it. It felt like within the hour she was sending us mockups, updates, or different options for us to approve. She was always one step ahead, and knowing she had everything under control gave us so much peace of mind. Our wedding day ran so incredibly smoothly because of her. From the moment the day started until the very end of the night, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. She kept everyone on schedule, made sure every vendor knew exactly where they needed to be, handled every little detail behind the scenes, and took care of problems before we even knew they existed. Because of her, Logan and I were able to be fully present, spend time with the people we love, and truly soak in every moment of the best day of our lives. She genuinely cares about every couple she works with, and you can feel that in everything she does. She listened to every idea we had, brought our vision to life better than we could have imagined, and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. She is also incredibly professional, and we truly appreciated her experience in the industry. She stayed on top of every detail and wasn't afraid to keep vendors accountable, especially those who were newer. Her husband is also on-site with her, and together they make an amazing team that helps everything run so smoothly. We never once felt like just another wedding on her calendar. One of my favorite things about her was how reassuring she always was. No matter what came up, she made us feel confident that everything was being taken care of, which allowed us to truly enjoy the planning process and our wedding day instead of stressing over every little detail. She always made us feel like we were in good hands. ALSO - she answered every CALL & TEXT. No one does email anymore so that was HUGE for us. Most importantly, she always put us first. She respected that it was our wedding and made sure our vision stayed the priority. If someone suggested changing something or wanted things done differently, she would kindly redirect them back to what Logan and I wanted. She wasn't afraid to advocate for us, and having someone who truly respected our decisions and had our backs throughout the entire process meant more than we can put into words. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was always looking out for us. Looking back, I honestly can't imagine our wedding day without her. She made what could have been a stressful season feel so easy, and because of that, we have memories we'll cherish forever. We are so incredibly grateful for everything she did for us, and we would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for making our dream wedding come to life. Kimmylea starts off by saying she treats every wedding like her own and you will absolutely feel that the entire time. She is kind but stern, in a way you know she will make you feel so excited about the process (which is arguably one of the most important parts) but also rest assured knowing someone is behind the scenes fighting to get things done for you. She is knowledgeable and makes suggestions to you without making you feel pressured. She thinks of things you would’ve never thought of but make everything so much better. I truly gave her my inspo pictures, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She works with you without making you feel annoying for asking question after question, which was huge for me. She made my wedding planning so enjoyable. From the decor, knowing venues/caterers/cake tasting delivered to your door and even down to her carrying the brides plate to the buffet on the day of to make sure I didn’t spill on myself. You are doing yourself a disservice by not hiring her and her team (which is also a lot of fun to work with, all so so nice). At the end of the day, I trusted her fully and even though I’m a control freak I gave her creative freedom on a lot which took so much stress off of me and honestly turned out better than I could’ve imagined. Hiring LimeLight was the best decision we made!! From day one, KimmyLea was incredibly communicative, organized, and detail-oriented. Kimmylea and Maggie were AMAZING. Do not hestitate to book them for your wedding! We hired them for day-of coordination and honestly don't know how we would have gotten through the day without them. Kimmylea was so organized in preparation and was a calming presence every time we met with her - we strongly feel she was the best money we spent in preparation for the big day! On the day of the wedding, Maggie was magnificent! She was so on top of things and we never had to worry about where things were or if something was getting done. Cannot reccomend them enough!!
