We could not recommend Limelight events enough for making our wedding day perfect! They were EXTREMELY professional, detail oriented, and thorough. We hired them for day-of coordination but they did so much more!! From helping us order rentals, picking up our cakes, and helping with our timeline and coordinating all of our vendors, we could not have planned our wedding without them! On the day of the wedding, I did not worry about a single thing because I knew it was all taken care of! Maggie was present all day and night for our wedding and took care of everything!! On top of that, she made sure to check in with me throughout the night and to make sure I didn’t need anything! She was so kind to make sure I was having the time of my life! She even packed up everything at the end of the night so it was ready to go! I couldn’t recommend Limelight enough-they helped make sure our wedding day was the best day of our lives!

Kimmylee and Maggie of LimeLight Expressions are absolutely the best wedding coordinators we could ever ask for! We hired LimeLight Expressions as our “day-of” coordinator so they handled everything from directing the rehearsal to setting up the reception room to handling everything that needed to be done the day of the wedding. My daughter had no time to plan her wedding let alone arrange all the minor details as a medical resident, but with the help of Kimmylea during a few Zoom meetings, the planning was stress-free and her wedding day went very smoothly. My daughter and her husband told me how impressed they were with the service Maggie provided to them all night long at their wedding. The couple was so grateful to have all the large and small details taken care of and the room set up exactly the way they wanted it to be. Maggie even made sure the bride and groom were handed their favorite drinks throughout the night – without asking! Such attention to detail and service is rare and they far exceeded our expectations!

Limelight Expressions was the best decision we made for our wedding! My husband and I knew early on that we wanted a day-of-coordinator to help our wedding day run smoothly. After our initial consultation with Kimmylea, we decided to go with the Something Blue package since we were early on in the planning process. With this package we planned alongside Kimmylea and got the day-of coordination. She helped us every step of the way keeping us on track with booking vendors and even recommending vendors as well. Kimmylea was so easy to get into contact with. She always responded in a timely manner and we had several meetings along the way as well which helped us feel prepared.

At the end of the night I found out our venue’s security guard never showed up and they wouldn’t be able to serve alcohol without one. Luckily Beau was able to fill that role due to his occupation. I’m not sure what would have happened if Kimmylea and Beau weren’t there, but I’m glad I’ll never have to find out. Kimmylea also stepped up when I was feeling uneasy about a last minute DJ switch. She contacted the owner and helped reassure me that everything would be great.

Kimmylea was one of the best vendors that we worked with for our fall 2021 wedding. We went with the day-of services package, and she went above and beyond. When our makeup artist realized she didn't have enough help for the event, Kimmylea had lots of suggestions for who to contact for backup. When our cake didn't look quite right, Kimmylea worked with our florist to make sure it was fixed. And when the party bus didn't show up to the church to pick up our wedding party, Kimmylea was ON IT! She called the limo service, she spoke to the owner, and she even started reaching out to hotels to find shuttle vans. Kimmylea is who you want in your corner on wedding day. While we hope for everything to be perfect, inevitably there will be little things that don't go just as you planned. Kimmylea really cares about the couples that she works with and wants to make sure that everything is accounted for. She helped to set up the day before and took everything down at the church and reception that evening. She also moved all gifts to my parents car and was willing to drive their car to unload everything at their condo that evening. She was the most responsive person to work with, as we were planning the wedding out of state, and she was always available via email and FaceTime when we had questions. I would recommend Kimmylea to anyone getting married - she is amazing.

I tasked Beau, Kimmylea, and their team with a short notice, large outdoor event. I had some unusual requests that weren't easy to fill, but they knocked it out of the park! I told them I didn't want to have to do anything other than write a check. They made it look so easy, but they put an enormous amount of work into creating the perfect event. Highly recommend!

I utilized Kimmylea at LimeLight Expressions for six months and had an awesome experience with her and her team. She was always available to us. Seriously, always. We have been able to contact her via telephone, text message, and email. Within a short matter of time, Limelight Expressions responded, answering our questions, helping us resolve our concerns, all with a kind and enthusiastic demeanor. Further, LimeLight Expressions was very conscientious about our budget. Kimmylea also knew all the best (in price & quality) vendors, which relieved much of our stress. At first we were hesitant about using her vendors and tried to contact and contract on our own. But we found that Kimmylea's contacts and vendors were way better quality and better priced. I am so glad we had Kimmylea and her team. Our wedding day was perfect. There were no worries about the day and we were totally unaware of any problems that took place. Additionally, because of last minute inclement weather, Kimmylea helped us find a tent in an incredibly short amount of time so we could have the outdoor wedding we dreamed of. Kimmylea is so detail-oriented and was always on the ball with getting things done. Planning was smooth with her because we told her our preferences and then she just made it happen without any extra work on our part!! Kimmylea also negotiated with our venue and saved us $750, in addition to negotiating other contracts we were concerned about. She has so many great ideas and is so kind. My husband and I are so blessed that we had the chance to work with her and she helped to make this a fun process for us. The best part was that my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day. We didn't have to worry about any details. We knew Kimmylea had it all covered. LimeLight Expressions was such a blessing to us and we would totally utilize their services again for any event or anniversary we have in the future. We give them the maximum score possible.

My wife and I had an incredible experience with LimeLight Expressions, particularly Kimmylea Konsel. Ms. Konsel is dedicated to her profession and to her clients. My wife and I were able to associate with Ms. Konsel when she recently planned our wedding this past year. My wife and I became engaged in March 2012 and sought Ms. Konsel's help in May, namely because we were both completing doctorate programs at Creighton University and were drowning to maintain the demands of school, work, relationship, and wedding planning for our impending marriage in October. With only a few months to organize, Ms. Konsel enthusiastically took us on as clients. After explaining our situation of being able to find a venue, in addition to all of the other necessities involved with wedding planning, Ms. Konsel was respectful of our budget and our preferences. Without reservation, Ms. Konsel validated all of our wishes and had a true desire to make our wedding "ours."Ms. Konsel proved to be our biggest asset when dealing with dilemmas as a result of personal and financial issues. There was never a time that Ms. Konsel did not step in to reassure us or to re-work any aspect of our desires with our budget.With my wife and I both being professionals, we are known for taking control of situations. When Ms. Konsel told us of vendors she utilized within her company, we were initially hesitant because we thought we could find high quality vendors at a low price. However, we completely regret the initial rebellion because we realized Ms. Konsel was giving us honest and high quality vendors, with no manipulation or dishonesty.Ms. Konsel showed her ability to respond in a timely manner, particularly in moments of intense pressure. Just days before the wedding, as a result of inclement weather, Ms. Konsel contacted us to inform us that a tent would be necessary to assure our dream wedding could be held outdoors. The demand for the tents was incredible, as many other wedding were taking place that weekend, given there was no Nebraska Husker football game that weekend. Responding to the pressure and anticipating our distress, Ms. Konsel procured a tent for our wedding day.As a result of hiring Ms. Konsel, we did not have a single worry about our wedding day. Our wedding day was truly "ours." We had no reservations or concerns about the timeline, venue, or organization of the wedding. In our eyes, our wedding was perfect in every way. Further, as a consequence of associating with Ms. Konsel, we have become close friends and now stay in regular contact about our life happenings.Ms. Konsel helped us through so much, dealing with our incessant emails, phone calls, full spectrum of emotions, and change after change. Ms. Konsel has a keen ability to show us love and concern with enthusiasm, which helped us through so many trials. We cannot count the number of times we said, “We are SO GLAD/ SO LUCKY/ SO BLESSED to have Kimmylea.” We have thanked the Lord often in prayer for all of Kimmylea's diligent efforts and gracious service and love.

I get asked a lot who does our family pictures, Christmas cards, and plans all of my personal and work event parties so I thought it would be much easier to write a review and tell everyone.
