Something New Package: Ceremony & Reception Coordination

This package includes your entire wedding day, from rehearsal to tear down. We will be on-hand to coordinate and direct all vendors, make sure all items are in the right place and to your specifications, setup, coordination of your ceremony and flow of your reception and tear down.

We will attend any necessary meetings leading up to your wedding day (maximum of three in-person meetings with unlimited phone and web meetings) so we know exactly what your needs and desires are for your day. We will also contact your vendors or provide those vendors with options along the way to guide you in the right direction. Haven’t selected your vendors yet? No problem, our experience will help you ensure you’ve hired the most skilled and reliable vendors in your community.

Something Blue Package: Event Design, Ceremony & Reception Coordination

Your wedding is all about capturing and celebrating your style as a couple. In this package, we will assist in making your wedding uniquely you! We will work with all your specified vendors or provide you with vendor options. Additionally, we’ll share our designer discounts, giving you up to 20% off with most vendors.

With each option we bring to the table, we offer you a choice between a low, medium, and high price points to give you the choice you need based on your style and budget. This makes finding all your wedding needs less stressful but still allow you to choose your options. We do the research for you!

This package includes event design, ceremony/reception design, setup, tear down and coordination, including the rehearsal.

The Flawless Wedding Package: Everything from start to finish

Have you ever heard the phrase, “from soup to nuts” to mean “from beginning to end”? The expression comes from formal dinners, which traditionally begin with a soup course and end with a nutty dessert.

This package offers you the soup to nuts of your wedding planning! We’ll first meet with you and your fiancé to determine your budget and style as a couple. From there, we’ll assemble the perfect LimeLight team to meet with all your vendors on your behalf. This team will negotiate pricing and give you choices that capture your wedding vision.

We will assist you with every aspect of your wedding from the time you book us to months after your wedding (those post-ceremony details can sneak up on couples, so we can work with photographers and videographers to get your products in a timely manner).

With this package, LimeLight will handle all your contracts, proposals, walk-throughs and vendor relationships so you can focus on what’s most important—you and your fiancé!

On your rehearsal and wedding day, we will be on-hand to coordinate and direct all vendors, make sure all items are in the right places and to your specifications, set up each element of the wedding, coordinate your ceremony and flow of your reception, and oversee the tear down afterwards. We will design you the wedding of your dreams without having to worry about a thing.
